    In the past three years, ACE has completed the structural design for various projects at St. Mark's Catholic School in Wilmington, NC.

    The Engineering Building is the second building to be constructed on Cape Fear Community College’s North Campus.  The building contains approximately 115,000 square feet on two floors. The following programs will be housed in this new facility: Architectural Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Interior Design, Machining Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Welding Technology.

    John R. Andrew, P.E. completed the structural design of the Schwartz Student Center for Cape Fear Community College in 2000. The Center incorporates a 500-seat gymnasium, classrooms and office space.

    Hammocks Beach State Park - Visitor's Center & Bath House

    ACE, P.C. provided the structural design of the Hammocks Beach State Park Visitor's Center & Observation Pavilion near Swansboro, North Carolina in 2003. ACE is currently providing project management on facility upgrades to the park - including new accessible piers, kayak launches, bulkheads and a boat-launching ramp.

    The visitor's center serves as the park admin office, a welcome center and education facility focused on introducing students to the life history of sea turtles and other marine animals. The observation pavilion on Bear Island includes 520 linear feet of piers and elevated walkways, and restroom facilities for campers, anglers and boaters.
